Although not required by OSHA, our employees are certified annually during a Red Cross First Aid Seminar. We feel it is important for our employees to be prepared for every situation. In addition to our safety instruction, we continue to promote education to our field employees through the Kentucky Home Builders Association and the National Remodelers Council Seminars. Each year, we take a group of Lead Carpenters to the seminars . They provide educational and motivational business skills that our craftsmen utilize on every project.
